Who We Are
CEO Empowerment Network Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that empowers youth in Baltimore City through hands-on, innovative learning experiences. We provide young people with real-world skills in technology, entrepreneurship, financial wellness, marketing, and creative media—including photography and videography.

Our mission is to create spaces where youth can discover their voice, build confidence, develop leadership skills, and take ownership of their futures. Through mentorship, workshops, youth-led projects, and community-based learning, we equip students to become skilled, self-aware, and impactful leaders in their schools and neighborhoods.

Youth Wealth & Financial Empowerment
We are committed to making financial literacy real, relevant, and actionable.

30 at-risk Baltimore youth were sponsored to open SECU Bank accounts, each receiving $100 in seed funding to start their financial journey.

Students learned the fundamentals of budgeting, credit, savings habits, and how to build a healthy relationship with money.

OUR IMPACT
Entrepreneurship & Opportunity Access
We provide platforms for youth and young adults to turn ideas into real opportunities.

We have awarded $8,000 in student pitch competition prizes to both high school and college students.

Youth receive coaching in business planning, branding, storytelling, presentation, and leadership confidence.

Our Youth Advisory Board (YAB) co-designs programming, events, and creative campaigns.

Students are paid for their time and leadership in partnership with Baltimore City Public Schools.

Youth lead discussions, host content, support event operations, and shape our community impact.
